Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@magarifragrances.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

 

Unopened & Unused Items

In the case of an unopened and unused item, returns may be considered at our discretion if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Original packaging and proof of condition are required. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
